Reservations & Bookings
The easiest way is online — visit avagrill.co.uk/reservations and select your preferred date, time, and party size. You can also call us directly on 01708 898190 or email booking@avagrill.co.uk. We recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead, especially for Fridays and Saturdays.
Absolutely — walk-ins are always welcome. However, availability on weekends cannot be guaranteed, so we suggest arriving before 7pm if you haven’t booked. For groups of four or more, a reservation is strongly recommended.
Yes. AVA accommodates private events for up to 50 guests, with bespoke menus curated around your occasion. Birthdays, corporate dinners, engagements, and family celebrations are all welcome. Contact our events team to discuss what you have in mind.
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or amend your reservation. For large group bookings (8+), 48 hours’ notice is required. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a charge. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
Halal & Dietary
Yes, without exception. Every item on our menu — meat, poultry, and all other ingredients — is sourced from HMC-certified halal suppliers. We are an entirely halal kitchen with no cross-contamination. Our certification is available to view on request.
No. AVA is a fully alcohol-free venue. Our drinks menu features an extensive selection of premium mocktails, fresh juices, speciality coffees, and soft drinks. Choosing AVA means enjoying exceptional food in a welcoming, inclusive environment.
Yes. Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergen concerns at the time of booking, or let your server know on arrival. A full allergen guide is available on request. For severe allergies, we always recommend speaking directly with a member of our team before ordering.
We do. While AVA is primarily a steakhouse, our menu includes a selection of vegetarian dishes and sides, and we can adapt certain items for vegan guests. Ask your server for the current options when you visit.
Dining at AVA
Smart casual. We want guests to feel confident and comfortable — jeans and a clean top are perfectly appropriate; gym wear and sportswear are not. If you’re celebrating something special and want to dress up, even better.
Yes. Families are welcome at AVA. High chairs are available, and our team is happy to adapt dishes for younger guests where possible. We do ask that the relaxed atmosphere is maintained for all diners.
