Key Responsibilities

• Manage reservations and walk-ins using our booking system
• Coordinate with the floor team on table turnaround and sections
• Handle guest queries and complaints with professionalism and discretion
• Maintain the reception area to the highest standard at all times

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 2 years in a front-facing hospitality or customer service role
• Confident, polished, and articulate in all guest interactions
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
• Experience with reservation or table management systems is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and beverages to a high standard
• Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar throughout each service
• Engage with guests warmly, creating a memorable bar experience
• Manage stock rotation, minimise wastage, and flag low stock to management
• Collaborate with the floor team to ensure drinks are delivered promptly

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a fast-paced or upscale setting
• Strong knowledge of cocktail techniques, presentation, and service
• Ability to manage high-volume service without compromising quality
• A genuine enthusiasm for the craft of bartending

• Oversee all daily front-of-house operations to the AVA standard
• Lead, train, and motivate the service team on every shift
• Maintain brand and service standards across all guest touchpoints
• Handle VIP guest relations and escalated complaints with professionalism
• Liaise with the kitchen team on service flow and staffing needs
• Report on performance, covers, and team development to senior management

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 3 years management experience within hospitality or fine dining
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team under pressure
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of restaurant operations
• Excellent communication skills with both guests and team members
