Ava Grill
Welcome to AVA Grill. To ensure a refined and enjoyable dining experience for all our guests, please review our booking policies and terms of service below. By making a reservation with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Booking & Deposits
Deposit Requirement: A deposit of £10.00 per person is required for parties of more than 6 guests to secure the booking.
Special Occasions: On special occasions such as New Year’s Eve, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and similar events, management may require a deposit of £20.00 per person, including for bookings of two guests.
Table Holding Policy
Sunday – Thursday: Tables will be held for 30 minutes past the booking time.
Friday & Saturday: Tables will be held for 15 minutes past the booking time.
If your party has not arrived within this time, the table may be released to waiting guests, or you may be placed on a waiting list for the next available slot.
2. Minimum Spend (Weekends)
A minimum spend of £50.00 per person applies for all bookings on Fridays and Saturdays.
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations or amendments must be made at least 24 hours prior to your booking.
Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in the loss of the deposit.
Exceptional Circumstances: In genuine unforeseen circumstances, management may consider a deposit refund. Requests must be submitted in writing via email and will be reviewed at management’s discretion.
No-Shows: Failure to attend a booking without notice will result in a charge of £10.00 per person.
4. Age Restrictions & Family Policy
AVA Grill maintains a refined dining atmosphere while remaining family-friendly during designated hours.
Children Under 12 Years Old
Friday & Saturday: No children under 12 after 7:00 PM
Sunday – Thursday: No children under 12 after 8:00 PM
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
5. Dining Policy
Mandatory Ordering: All guests aged 12 years and above are required to order a main course.
Management reserves the right to refuse service if this requirement is not met.
Last Orders
Sunday – Thursday: 10:30 PM
Friday & Saturday: 11:00 PM
6. Dress Code
AVA Grill operates a Smart / Smart Casual dress code to maintain our premium dining environment.

- Smart jeans
- Shirts & blouses
- Elegant footwear
Not Permitted
- Caps or hats
- Hoodies
- Tracksuits or sportswear
Management reserves the right to refuse entry to guests not adhering to the dress code.
7. Guest Conduct
Zero-Tolerance Policy: AVA Grill prioritises the safety, comfort, and dignity of both our guests and our team.
Any rude, aggressive, or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Management reserves the right to refuse service or cancel bookings where such behaviour is observed.
8. Car Park Disclaimer
AVA Grill does not accept responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft of vehicles or belongings left inside vehicles parked on or near the premises.
Management Rights: Management reserves the right to amend these terms where necessary to ensure safety, quality of service, and the overall dining experience.
